In my practice, I work with adults and teens who are seeking a partner to help them make lasting holistic behavior changes for their physical and mental wellbeing. We apply mindfulness techniques to come up with individualized plans and action steps to help clients reach their optimal vision of a healthy, whole life


I offer this service one-on-one, in group settings, and in couple sessions.
